We ensure transparency in our own daily business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains, according to the compliance of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This is also reflected in the expectations we have from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners, and we expect that our suppliers will act with the same standards towards those with whom they do business with.


We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of an advantage as an inducement for action which is illegal or a breach of trust. A bribe is an inducement or reward offered, promised, or provided to gain any commercial, contractual, regulatory, or personal advantage. It is our policy to conduct all our business in an honest and ethical manner. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate. However, we remain bound by the laws in The Netherlands in respect of our conduct both at home and abroad.

Equality and non-discrimination

Coercion and harassment

We acknowledge the value of our staff and treat each employee with dignity and respect. We do not use cruel and unusual disciplinary practices such as threats of violence or other forms of physical punishment, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse.

Anti-child labour

Our child labour policy is our position on employing minors and aims to ensure that our company, its subsidiaries, and everyone we are related to follows the law and cares for children’s interests. International, local, and federal child labour laws are stricter today than they were years ago. But millions of children are still forced to work in bad conditions all around the world, even in developed countries. As an organization, we want to do business in a legal, ethical manner adding value to society and the environment instead of doing harm. We want to make sure that our organization does not take part in children’s exploitation and helps ending it to the best of our ability.
